National Testing Center of the Ministry of education and science of Republic of Kazakhstan conjointly with Educational Testing Service (organization, which design TOEFL test system USA, Princeton University) conducts training on design and development of language assessment assessment aids.

Schedule time: 20-24 June of 2011year.

Venue: Astana city, National Testing Center.

Trainingconductor: David I. Baum – аn ETS eхpert, member of work team forming TOEFL (Test of English as Foreign Language) tests, initiator of establishing Spain, Italian, Japan, Chinese American patent.

Training objectives: Enhancing KAZTEST system - the Kazakh language level assessment, to teach Kazakh using international experience of language level assessment systems in the language learning process.

Training content: Improving the quality of measurement aids on language assessment.

Regarding the training results participants completing the session successfully will be awarded with certificates of National Testing Center and Educational Testing Service.
