Memorandum of Cooperation of the National Testing Center and The international organization ETS Global in the field of education quality assessment.

Under the guidance of the executive director of ETS Global, the European representative body of the ETS® (Educаtional Testing Service, the USA, the University of Princeton) organization, Pascal Mevellec, the coordinator of extension of contacts Chinar Adamaliyeva and the Vice-Minister of Education and Science S. A. Irsaliyev, the State Language Development Administration of the National Testing Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan organized a meeting with the governing body of the Ministry of Education and Science on 27 September 2011.
