Aprobation testing was hоld among the workers of «National medicine holding» JSC
The National Testing Center with National medicine holding the Health Ministry of the Republic Kazakhstan in period 13 February till 20 March of current year held approbation testing between National medicine holding and subsidiary undertakings employees.
The total number of test takers is 1829 participated in approbation testing.
- The National scientific center of Cardiology - 186 employee;
- The National children’s Rehabilitation center - 391 employee;
- The Republican diagnostic center – 337 employee;
- The Republican scientific center of Neurosurgery – 436 employee;
- The «Demeu-NMH» LLP - 12 employee;
- The National Research of Maternity and Child Welfare – more than 450 employee;
- 17 people from head office.
This event was organized with the aim of realizing the distinct objects set by President of the Republic of the Kazakhstan in the state program for 2011-2020 development and functioning of languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The next work is the systematize learning by result of testing, definition of requirements according to levels of language knowledge, also other works to contribute know the state language by employee.
Approbation testing of Kazakh language level assessment among medicine workers was hold on types of speech activities (listening, lexical grammar structure, reading) according to the international systems. From the leader of the till serving staff have taken part in the testing, including doctors, department heads and nurses are also passed the exam.
Participatory share of other nationalities for whom the Kazakh language is not a native consist 4, 4% of test takers and 95, 6% are of Kazakh nationality. Nearly half of them consisted from average age 30-45 employee, when 29, 5% of test takers are youth of age 20-30. Participatory share of olders are 25, 6% of 45-60 age. Employee of average age have shown the high results with 130 score of 150 given test tasks.
