Carrying out the author courses for the designers and experts of test tasks of KAZTEST system
The National testing center has carried out an author courses on 20-24 February of the current year on the theme: «The theory and methods of pedagogical assessments» of the professor V. Avanesov, a testologist, the head editor of the Russian magazine «Pedagogical assessments».
One of the main activities of the National testing center is constantly increasing the qualification the working party the designers and experts of test tasks of KAZTEST system – an assessment of Kazakh language level. Methodical support of designers and experts international experience and practice of pedagogical assessment and the result of scientific achievements have great importance. The author course is the clench of the matters forming the qualitative test tasks of KAZTEST system and the systematization of teaching process. Types of the tasks and their importance level, methods of assessing the teaching process, ways of expertising and analyzing as a result of testing by V. Avanesov were very interesting.
The teachers and the resource teachers of Kazakh language of regional centers of teaching state language have taken part in the author courses, which are the members of working party implementing KAZTEST system. Entirely 40 people have listened the lectures and practiced during the 5 days. In the author courses each listener have designed 100 test tasks on the types of speech activities by KAZTEST system. At the end of the author courses were held a questionnaire. There were proposed to the listeners such questions as «The importance of the author courses on the process of teaching Kazakh language?», «Has the courses attained its goal, in your opinion?», «Could the author give you the materials comprehensively?». Answering the questions of questionnaire were freewill and anonymous. According the results of questionnaire the author courses has attained the goal, the high professional qualification of the author were mentioned, the ways of accelerating the implementation of KAZTEST system to the process of teaching Kazakh language. An author courses arrangement level were high and proved the necessity of holding such courses frequently.
The listeners successfully have finished the courses were given the certificates of National testing center by consent of the author.
